bio

Dr. Kelly Colas is an allergy/immunology specialist practicing at UW Montelake and UW Northwest Medical Center. She is passionate about providing excellent care to patients through evidence based medicine and shared decision making. Dr. Colas treats a variety of allergic and immunologic conditions, including asthma, drug allergy, food and environmental allergies, urticaria, and anaphylaxis. 

research interests

Dr. Colas utilizes her qualitative research training to explore the intersection between allergic disease, pregnancy and medical decision making. Her current research examines medication beliefs and asthma medication adherence during pregnancy. She is also interested in the management of drug allergy during pregnancy and barriers to early food introduction in the Seattle area.
