This is my first message as your new chair. I'm excited to be here and meet as many of you as I can!
Bomsztyk and team have recently received several patents for a set of tools that upgrade high-throughput systems.
These awards assist highly qualified and meritorious trainees in their transition to assistant professors.

Fellowship in IDSA is one of the highest honors in infectious diseases. It recognizes individuals whose careers reflect deep curiosity, scientific excellence and a commitment to compassionate care and health equity.
Dr. Anna Wald is stepping down as head of the Division of Allergy and Infectious Diseases at the end of July. She became the fourth head of the division in 2017, and the first woman division head.
