Dr. Rosen specializes in the treatment and prevention of infections for patients who are immunocompromised, including patients with cancer and recipients of hematopoietic cell transplants. Her research focuses on understanding how to use diagnostic tests and antimicrobials most effectively to improve patient safety and outcomes.
