Dr. Tayyar is a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Washington and the Fred Hutch Cancer Center. He is board certified in Infectious Diseases and has a special interest in infections in immunocompromised patients. Dr. Tayyar attends on the Solid Organ Transplant Infectious Diseases and General Infectious Diseases services at UW Medical Center as well as the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center Infectious Diseases service. His interests include antimicrobial stewardship, medical education, fungal and CMV infections in the immunocompromised population.
