The Faculty Didactic Lecture Series consist of faculty presenting a topic within their specialty and focus in Allergy. Fellows are given time to ask questions at the end of the lecture.

Allergy and Immunology Fellow Clinical Case Conferences
Sessions
The Clinical Case Conferences consists of case presentations by the fellows to the faculty, and a brief discussion of inpatients and recent consults.

Sessions
The Board Reviews consist of topics from the ABAI review books. Y2 fellows lead.

Immunology Divisional Meetings
Sessions
The Immunology Divisional Meetings consists of case presentations by the fellows, with the goal of developing rational and thoughtful differential diagnoses and linking them to the pathophysiology of the immune system. Brief discussions of inpatients and recent consults follow the case presentations.

Encouraged if on-service and Immunology patients are presented
Sessions
This multidisciplinary clinical and teaching conference is designed to acquaint the fellow with the indications for hematopoetic cell transplant in the patient with primary immunodeficiency. Types of transplants, preparative regimens, transplant-related complications such as GVHD, and difficult clinical management issues related to transplant or gene therapy are also discussed.
Sites participating in the transplant protocols offered to patients with primary immunodeficiency disease include:
- Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center (FHCRC) in Seattle, WA
- Oregon Health and Science University (OHSU) in Portland, OR
- Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN, University of Wisconsin in Madison, WI
